Leigh is a graduate of the US Air Force Academy and has resided in Colorado for twenty years. After graduating from the Academy and serving her military commitment, Leigh went on to earn her MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder. During her studies in Boulder, Leigh had the opportunity to work with Jim Collins as a member of his research team. Leigh was a key member of the team that conducted research and developed key findings for Jim's best-selling book, Good to Great. Many of the ideas and concepts discovered and discussed during those years of research have influenced the principles that guide Red Door Properties today.
