Bill Pearson came to Denver in the early 80’s to attend the University of Denver and fell in love with the climate, mountains, and the area ... so he decided to call DENVER “HOME.” He has owned many businesses in the metropolitan area of Denver, most recently The Capitol Hill Mansion Bed and Breakfast.
His knowledge of neighborhoods has helped sellers and buyers find the right match for their situation. He believes in Education in order to be aware of the trends in the marketplace of Denver and that is why he got his GRI and SRES designations.
